How to make Soya Champ


Soya champ is a delicious vegetarian dish that is tasty to eat and easy to cook. You can cook a lot of different soya champ dishes and here I am going to share the recipe for making delicious soya chap gravy. 












To make this dish first you need to procure the following ingredients-

·        1 kg Soya Champ          
·        1 table spoon Tomato Sauce    
·        1 inch piece of Ginger
·        7 pods of Garlic        
·        Coriander Leaves- handful
·        3 medium Onions                  
·        3 medium Tomatoes            
·        1 tablespoon of Cumin Seeds         
·        1 tablespoon of Coriander seeds
·        Red Chili powder    - as per your taste
·        Salt - as per your taste
·        2 tablespoons of Mango Powder 
     
Making-

1.     Finely grate the onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger.
2.     Gather the needed spices.
3.     Warm water in a container and boil the chap for about 5 minutes.
4.     After squeezing the water out of the champ, cut it into smaller pieces. (It is easier to eat it that way)
5.     Put the pieces in oil and fry them for a while.
6.     Heat oil in a separate pan and put in coriander and cumin seeds.

7.     Put in grated onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger; mix it; and cook for two minutes.
8.     Add all the spices and cook for a few minutes. Let the oil separate.
9.     Add water and let it boil for a good while. 
10.  Add the fried chap pieces and cook for a while.
11.  After a while turn off the gas and dress your delicious champ with coriander leaves.
12. Serve delicious Soya champ gravy to family and friends. (preferable with any flat bread of your choosing)

Recipe of Delicious Cheese Chilly



Chinese recipes have come all the way from China and created its own distinct flavor, here in India. Cheese Chilly is a tasty and nutritious recipe; it’s an Indian form of a Chinese recipe. You can have it as a starter or as a side dish with your meal. Cheese Chilly an also be eaten along with chowmein or fried rice.  You will like it in any way. 



            Ingredients for Cheese Chilly  
 
   Cottage Cheese - 300 grams
   Green Capsicum - 1 (cut into pieces)
   Red Capsicum - 1 (cut into pieces)
   Corn flour - 3 to 4 tbsp
   Tomato Sauce - 1/4 cup
   Olive oil - 1/4 cup
   Vinegar - 1  to 2 tsp
   Soya Sauce - 1 to 2 tsp
   Chilly Sauce - 1 to 2 tsp
   Green Chilies - 2 to 3 (finely chopped) 
   Ginger - 1" long piece (grated)
   Salt - 1/2 tsp (add to taste)
   Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
   Chilly flakes -1/4 tsp
   Ajinomoto - 1 to 2 pinch
   Mint leaves - 10  to 12

Cut cottage cheese into square cubes, take 1/2 tablespoon of corn flour in a plate and wrap the Cheese cubes in it. Pour 2 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan and spread evenly all over. After oil is heated, put the cheese cubes in it to cook and fry (as you turn them over constantly) till both sides turn light brown. Take out the fried cheese. 

Now pour the remaining oil in the pan, after it heats, put ginger and green chilies for frying. Add green capsicum and fry for a minute. Put red chopped capsicums and fry for another minute. Now add fried cottage cheese cubes, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, black pepper, ajinomoto and salt. Mix all the ingredients on a low flame till they are all mixed thoroughly.
Dissolve the remaining corn flour in 1/4 cup water till all lumps disappear and mix it in the cheese chilly. Cook it for a minute as you stir regularly. Add mint leaves to garnish.  

Delicious, piping hot Cheese Chilly is ready, prepare noodles and serve along with it.

The world is full of natural ingredients, which add a bundle of taste to your dishes. Let us have a look at eight of the most expensive ingredients in the world.

Yubari King Melons: Found in Japan, Yubari king melons have become famous for a particularly tasty orange-flesh, juicy sweetness and beautiful proportions. Sold in perfectly matched pairs, these melons are considered a highly prized gift sure to impress. The melon pairs have been auctioned in Japan for as much as $26,000 but a standard Yubari melon costs between $50 and $100 in Japanese department stores.

Most Expensive Fungus: White Truffles: The white truffle is found in the forests of northern Italy during the months of September and December. Its unique nutty, savory, and sweet flavor is commonly used in shavings atop dishes like such as fresh pasta, fonduta or a decadent scrambled-egg breakfast. White truffles retail for $7 to $11 per gram, or $3,000 to $5,000 per pound. 

Swiftlet Bird’s Nests: One of the most expensive bird nests in the world are of the high-flying swiftlet, who make their nests from strands of their saliva. The swiftlet nest is used to create a broth or bird’s nest soup and is a Chinese delicacy. It is considered as valuable sources of nutrients. Swiftlet nests retail for approximately $1,000 per pound, which is $2 per gram or roughly $20 per nest. 

Pantry Staple: Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale:  Balsamic vinegar, or Balsamico Tradizionale, is made from late harvested white Trebbiano grapes that are boiled down to form a concentrated must. The liquid transforms into thick, dark, sweet, and complex syrup. The best Balsamico is sold around $200 for 100 milliliters, or $60 per ounce. 

Coffee: Kopi Luwak: Kopi Luwak also known as civet coffee, is coffee that has passed through the digestive system of an animal called a civet. The animal eats the fruit of the coffee plant as part of their natural diet and then excretes the beans in their dung. These beans are fermented by the animal’s stomach acids and enzymes and produces smoother, less bitter coffee. Kopi Luwak costs for as much as $500 per pound.

Most Expensive Meat: Jamón Ibérico de Bellota: Jamón Ibérico de Bellota means the cured leg of a Pata Negra pig that is found in the oak forests of western Spain. Each ham is cured for at least for two years before selling it in the market.  A 15-pound bone-in leg of Jamón Ibérico de Bellota is sold for around $1,300, or $87 per pound. 

Expensive Spice: Saffron: Saffron is derived from a type of flower that grows most extensively in the Mediterranean and Middle East and parts of Kashmir. It is sold for $10 to $15 per gram, and the highest-grade coupe saffron can reach almost $30 per gram. 

Seafood: Sturgeon Caviar: Sturgeon caviar is the salted eggs of the massive sturgeon fish. It is considered as the world’s most expensive caviar. This caviar retails for up to $12 per gram for the choicest grades, which translates into roughly $500 per serving.
